• Delivery Lead Time

  Our team will pack and process the order within 1 - 2 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends). You may collect the parcel in GOELIA store upon receiving the pickup email notification.

• How to check my order delivery status?

  You can check your order delivery status in the Account > 'My Order' or through pickup emails.

• How to collect?

  When your parcel has arrived in the GOELIA store, you will receive an email informing you that it is ready for collection. Present the the QR code in the email or in your order to the staff for pick-up.
